GeoPlot Suite provides cloud-based geodetic and land surveying software tools, including but not limited to:

• Raw field data management and secure archiving of GPS/GNSS logs and DLSD files.
• Geodetic computations, traverse adjustments, topographic mapping, and contouring.
• Lot subdivision calculations, coordinate transformations, and spatial reporting.

2. User Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

3. Acceptable Use and Professional Responsibility

GeoPlot Suite is designed to assist professional geodetic engineers, surveyors, and technical personnel. However:

• You retain ultimate professional responsibility for all boundary closures, computations, surveys, maps, and reports generated using the platform.
• You agree not to misuse our infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access to restricted systems, or upload malicious code, corrupted datasets, or unlawful content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform software, interface layouts, source code, logos, documentation, and design assets associated with GeoPlot Suite are the exclusive property of GeoPlot and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all ownership rights to the raw field data, GPS/GNSS logs, and custom datasets you upload.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoPlot Suite and its developers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, profits, or surveying project delays—arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
